Before moving to the United States from England in 1993, I worked for many years as a registered nurse. While my career path has changed, the core skills remain the same: thinking quickly, adapting to new situations, and genuinely enjoying working with people. Real estate, much like nursing, follows familiar processes, but every client and every home brings its own unique challenges and rewards. That variety, along with the opportunity to help someone new, is what I truly love about this profession.

As a full-time real estate professional for the past 25 years, I’ve experienced just about every type of market condition. Over time, I’ve also seen what it takes to be a successful Realtor evolve significantly. Keeping up with changing technology can be demanding, but I never lose sight of what matters most: people. The tools may change, but the focus remains on providing thoughtful guidance and building strong relationships. Fortunately, many of these advancements allow me to serve my clients more efficiently and keep them well-informed throughout the buying or selling process.
